Richard James

Executive Vice President & Group CTO

Rich James has been Ignition’s Director of Technical Services since 2001 and is the core to operations and service delivery at Ignition. He is responsible for service delivery across all company locations. Prior to Ignition, Rich worked for public, private and NGOs in increasingly senior roles.

He is a graduate of Carleton University and holds numerous technical and related certifications. Rich is a resident of Bermuda and is the proud father of three children.
