Ignition has strengthened its position as a leader in ViewPoint business solutions and services by appointing Carlos Ferreira as its ViewPoint Senior Solutions Consultant. 

Bermuda, 24 October 2011 – Ignition Ltd., a leader in off-shore IT services, has appointed Carlos Ferreira as their new Senior Solutions Consultant to develop and manage their ViewPoint suite of products in the offshore market.

Carlos, a professional with over twenty years in the financial and legal sectors, brings an impressive range of experience to Ignition. Together with 10 years developing ViewPoint solutions, Carlos has developed solutions that support the underwriting, banking, treasury, portfolio management, accounting, imaging, company and trust management and finance functions for local and international companies. Carlos is an Associate of Reinsurance (ARe) from AICPCU and holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from Queen's University. 

In the role as Senior Solutions Consultant, Carlos will be responsible for developing and managing Ignition’s suite of ViewPoint products with a focus on the offshore market.  “I’m excited to be joining such a dynamic and forward-thinking company.  Ignition has a clear vision for growth and I’m looking forward to using my experience to help Ignition expand on its current success and drive the growth of our ViewPoint solutions in the upcoming years.”
